Kamo ginseng-flavoured coffee

Kamo ginseng-flavoured coffee is a high-quality product containing the dried extract of the ginseng root, which adds flavour to the drink but does not smother the characteristics of the espresso. As it does not contain gluten or hydrogenated fat, Kamo ginseng-flavoured coffee is ideal for a healthy, energising break.

Tasty and pleasant to drink, Kamo soluble roasted barley is an alternative to coffee, suitable for any age.

Irish Kamo

Preparation
Pour the Kamo espressos into a little jug; add the liqueur and the cane sugar and dissolve completely using a spatula. Vaporize the contents of the jug on the coffee machine for a few seconds.
Pour the coffee into a glass of your choice; separately, shake the fresh cream in a cocktail shaker for about ten seconds.

Perfect for an after dinner drink, Irish Kamo is ideal for those who love the strong, decisive taste of the liqueur without giving up the sweetness of the coffee.

  • 10 g Irish Whiskey
  • 10 g of cane sugar

Mix 10 cc of the Kamo Granita with the condensed milk and sugar in a bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the remaining 10 cc of the Kamo Granita into a glass and immediately add the cream to form a second layer; top with whipped fresh cream.

Line the walls of the glass with the hazelnut paste; pipe in the cream and the almond paste. Top with whipped fresh cream.
